Robin’s Dashing Doxies SHALL HEREIN BE DEFINED AS BREEDER.
____________________ SHALL HEREIN BE DEFINED AS BUYER.
Breeder guarantees that the above described dog/puppy is a purebred Dachshund with AKC and CKC registration papers. All future liabilities and veterinarian bills will be the Buyers responsibility. At no time will the Breeder be responsible for veterinarian bills. Breeder guarantees the above dog/puppy is a good quality pet/companion and in good health at time of delivery.
Breeder’s guarantee does not cover any liability for injury, or illness caused by hypoglycemia, parasites internal or external, ringworm, Coccidiosis, Guardia, Hepatitis or Mites of any kind after leaving Breeders care.
Buyer agrees to have above said dog/puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian with in 72 hours after dog/puppy leaves Breeder’s care If the dog/puppy is found to have a fatal or severe life-altering genetic defect, by the age of six month’s that is diagnosed by the Buyer’s licensed veterinarian that would prevent the dog/puppy from being a good pet/companion and is detrimental to the dog/puppies life, then the Breeder will replace the dog/puppy with another dog/puppy of the same color, sex and value. If the Buyer refuses replacement dog/puppy then this agreement and its guarantees are void. The Buyer understands that the Breeder offers NO Cash Refunds. The Buyer is responsible for all expenses in the return of the dog/puppy and under no circumstances will the Breeder replace the above said dog/puppy if the Breeder has not been advised of its illness with in the time allotted above or if the dog/puppy is given away or put to sleep.
All dog/puppy shots for the above said dog/puppy have been given, and a record of its vaccination history will be given at time of delivery. Breeder does not guarantee against parvo, corona viruses or any type of intestinal viruses once dog/puppy leaves Breeders care. The Buyer agrees to keep dog/puppy up to date on all shots, and will provide yearly examinations; heartworm preventative on the above said dog/puppy. Dog/puppy will be kept in good health at all times. Buyer agrees to keep dog/puppy in a good safe and suitable area for it entire life. If at anytime Buyer can not keep dog/puppy in good health or in a safe area, Breeder agrees to take said dog/puppy back at Buyers expense. At no time will Breeder be responsible for shipping expenses. Breeder can not guarantee any puppy will mature to be a breeder.
Breeder can not guarantee against size, weight, hair coat, skin conditions including Demodex mange or alopecia in dilute colors, temperament, conformation or train ability of above said dog/puppy. Many things can influence growth and development of a dog/puppy. Buyer agrees to keep said dog/puppy on a good diet, exercise plan, and appropriate feeding schedule.
Buyer is purchasing a English Cream or Isabella with limited AKC papers. Breeder will hold all AKC papers till the dog/puppy is spayed/neutered. Breeder must receive in written proof from a veterinary that the dog/puppy been spayed/neutered before limited AKC papers are mailed to Buyer.
Breeder will only hold puppy/adult for 4 business days waiting on deposit. At no time will Breeder allow any Buyer to take dog/puppy without full payment being made. To hold any dog/puppy Breeder requires a non refundable 150 deposit. EXCEPT for English Creams- in which case a deposit of $300 is required. The final balance is to be paid at 6 (six) weeks of age on puppies, this includes shipping cost. Failure to do so will cause Buyer to forfeit all money paid towards dog/puppy. (There are no exceptions.)
If Buyer has read, understands and agrees to all the conditions of the agreement then please sign below, if Buyer does not sign below and mail back to Breeder within 5 business days then this agreement and its guarantees are void
